As your Health and Wellness Coach, one of the things I love most is helping each of my clients develop and utilize their own toolbox full of skills, habits, techniques, and holistic aids!  

As your toolbox grows, you'll be better equipped to move forward in your life being able to cope more effectively in the moment as acute situations arise.  

In utilizing the tools in your toolbox, you'll also be able to have more power and control over reducing the impact, frequency, and occurrence of those acute situations through high quality, effective, preventative self-care.

In our coaching sessions, we will explore and discuss benefits of the many tools available to help you cope, take care of yourself, and work toward your goals.

We will collaborate on which tools will be most helpful to you on your individual journey as well as which ones can realistically and effectively be utilized and applied in your current life and situation.
